STRATEGI PEMERINTAH LAOS MEMPENGARUHI KETAHANAN IDENTITAS NASIONAL PADA ABAD KE-21

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi pemerintah Laos dalam mempertahankan identitas nasional melalui analisis psikologi sosial. Meski menghadapi tekanan perubahan ekonomi dan sosial di abad ke-21, Laos tetap menganut ideologi komunis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur (library research) dari dokumen, jurnal, dan penelitian terdahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah Laos berperan signifikan dalam mempromosikan dan mempertahankan identitas nasional melalui pendidikan, organisasi, dan media massa. Strategi-strategi tersebut efektif menguatkan identitas nasional di tengah perubahan global. Pemerintah berhasil menciptakan narasi nasional yang kuat sehingga mampu menjaga stabilitas identitas budaya dan politik Laos. Upaya ini memastikan bahwa identitas nasional Laos tetap kokoh meskipun menghadapi berbagai tantangan global dan regional, serta menunjukkan peran penting negara dalam membentuk kesadaran kolektif rakyatnya.
